He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Frohmader of Watertown; his children, Scott Frohmader of Watertown, Bradley Frohmader (Tonja) of Watertown and Jodi Pernat (John) of Watertown; his grandchildren, Morgan Frohmader, Madeline Frohmader and Jaxon Pernat; and his sister Valerie Johnson (R. Mitchell) of Michigan. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
