He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Oleshko and Josephine Oleshko; his wife Phyllis LaMonica; his son-in-law Jon Moldenhauer; his sister Genevieve Gabry; his siblings-in-law, Angela LaMonica, Rosemary Forsyth, Edward Gabry and Jack Forsyth; and his nephew Richard Gabry.

He is survived by: his children, Steve Oleshko (Holly) of Hustisford, Susan Moldenhauer of Watertown and Eugene (Sheri) of Clive; and his grandchildren, Mallory, Mia Oleshko, Ryan, Rachel Moldenhauer, Tony and Drew Oleshko. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
