Eileen Perkins Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eileen Perkins (Watertown, Wisconsin), who passed away on July 5, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Dr. John Rammell; her husband Dr. Edward "Terry" Perkins; and her daughter-in-law Arda Ishkhanian. She is survived by: her mother Eileen Morgan; her children, Stephen, Richard (Elizabeth), Juliet Slavens (Tim) and Helena White (Eugene); and her siblings, Mary Anderson and John Rammell. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Anne drew strength and inspiration from her art, particularly with the creation of her needlepoint works during Covid.
