With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David H. Leiknes (Watertown, Wisconsin), born in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 12, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Henry Leiknes and Dorothy Leiknes; his wife Helen; his children, Jane Schomaker (Willy), Susan Frentzel (Leo), Lynn Graff (John), Jeffrey Leiknes (Barbara) and Kristin Jones; his siblings, Naomi Tietz (Donald), Elizabeth, Susie, Zweig and Richard Leiknes (Jean); his grandchildren, Bethany Loppnow, Jessica Jameson, Ryan Schmidt, Annika Leiknes, Daene Leiknes and Mary Graff; and his great grandchildren, Payton Loppnow, Jayla Levay and Elise Schmidt.

Memorials in David's honor may be made to St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Parkinson's Foundation, or a charity of your own choosing.
