Kahler (Watertown, Wisconsin), born in Reedsburg, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 16, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Kahler and Agnes Kahler (Wittrock); his parents-in-law, Leonard and Mildred Riemer; his brothers, Herman and Richard "Dick" Kahler; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Kahler, Willard Schlief and Ken Zellner.

He is survived by: his wife Leni Riemer of Dave's Turf; his daughters, Pamela Wagner (John), Deborah Kahler (Fred MacGaver), Marcia Seelman (Daniel) and Kathryn Lefeber (Keith); his grandchildren, Erin Bruce (Steve), Lindsey Trigg (Steve), Katie Norman (Eric), John Wagner (Hollie), Michael Wagner (Sydney Makela), Luke Olson (Courtney), Nikki Sadowske (Nick Ring), Samantha Joy (Patrick Helm), David Radloff (Dani Knoll), Stephanie Baker, Jacob Radloff, Richard Erdmann (Jamie Franzen) and Ashley Wilson (Nick); his brother Ken Kahler (Diane); and his sisters-in-law, Penelope Schlief and Nola Zellner. He is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Trinity Lutheran Church's Building Fund, Watertown Humane Society or Luther Preparatory School.
