He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Zietlow and Alice Zietlow. He is survived by: his spouse Kim; his son Joshua Zietlow; his grandsons, Cole Zietlow and Levi Olson; his stepdaughter Tami Key (Brian); his stepgrandchildren, Jaedyn and Oliver Key; his siblings, Ruth Martin (Robert), Mark Zietlow (Darcy) and Rachel Smith (Jay); and his nieces and nephews, Zachary Martin, Brooke Laird (Justin), Kaitlyn Mallow (Tim), Jacob Smith, Jackson and Jonathan Zietlow. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Dave's wishes were to REPAIR THE STEEPLE and started a Steeple Fund by making the first donation.
