He is survived by: his spouse Nancy (Nee Johnson); his children, Kim Kasten (Kevin), Dave Jr. (Tina), Daniel (Amy) and Dennis (Julie); his grandchildren, Karly (Caleb), Brandyn, Keegan, Samantha (Nicholas), Kandyce, Cassandra, Bryce, Gavin and Brady; his great grandchild Aspen; his siblings, Faith Kallio (Dean) and Judy Wagner (Tom); his parent-in-law Charlotte Johnson; and his sibling-in-law Larry Johnson (Terry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
