He was predeceased by: his parents, William Warren and Thelma Warren (Wiggins); and his wife Alma Bowen. He is survived by: his sons, Richard Warren (Barbara) and Timothy Warren (Jyoti); his grandchildren, Rebekah (Blaine), Richard II (Amanda), James (Alicia), Leah and Timothy; his great grandchildren, Dietrich, Eliam, Felicity, Genevieve and Henry; and his brother Ray Warren (Patricia). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fellowship Baptist Church (605 Welsh Rd, Watertown, WI 53098). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
