We are sad to announce that on July 15, 2020, at the age of 92, Charles William Bruce of Watertown, Wisconsin, born in Plymouth, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther E. Bruce (Weed) and William R. Bruce; his sister Barbara Jefferson Jackson (Bruce); and his siblings-in-law, Earl "Brub" Jefferson, Grant Jackson, James Mott, Marshall Cornell and Betty Cornell (Gilbertson).
He is survived by: his stepmother Lillian Bruce (Peterson); his wife Carole Rae Gilbertson; his children, Anne Bruce (Pam Miller) of Salem, SC, Tom Bruce (Peggy) of West Bend, WI and Lis Peterson of Omaha, NE; his grandsons, Chris Bruce (Lacey) of Markesan, WI, Chad Bruce (Amber) of Wauwatosa, WI and Bob Bruce (Laura Jansma) of Ripon, WI; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Lucas Bruce of Markesan, Cormac and Aoife Bruce of Wauwatosa; his brother Bill Bruce (Mary) of Lakewood; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Mott (Gilbertson) of Madison. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
