He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dantuma and Mary Dantuma (Gassen); his brother Glenn; and his son Timothy. He is survived by: his siblings, Maureen Yarosz (Kerry Morris), Ed Dantuma (Jill), Roger Dantuma (Diane Banaszak) and Audrey Mackey (Duane); his close friend Kevin; and his sister-in-law Christine Dantuma. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Chuck's honor may be made to Rainbow Community Care.
