With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles E. Andersen of Watertown, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 24, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, Will (Heather) and Kat; and his sister Jean.
