It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene E. Bye of Watertown, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 9, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Penn and Rosemary Penn (Kopriva). She is survived by: her son Robert Nieves (Lauren) of Spring Grove, IL; her grandsons, Daniel and Jason Nieves; and her siblings, Guy Penn (Amy) of Tucson, AZ and Jennifer Coote (Kevin) of Watertown. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
