She was predeceased by: her brother David. She is survived by: her daughter Evelyn May (Schultz); her brother Leroy May; her sister-in-law Carol May; her nephews, Tim May (Deb Hill) and Mark May (Pennie); her niece Dawn Fredrick (Keith); her great-nephews, Jacob, Ryan, Josh and Cayden; her uncle Ernie Schultz; her aunt Shirley Schultz; and also Lance Hoff. She is also survived by other relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Betty's honor to St. Mark's Lutheran Church-Richwood, Lakeside Lutheran, or to a charity of one's choice.
