It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred M. Herde of Watertown, Wisconsin, born in Jefferson, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 21, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Herde and Martha Herde (Vogel); his wife Harriet Herde (Victor Thomas); and his extended family, Drew Slaby and Ted Slaby.

He is survived by: his cousins, Doreen Sing-Delo (Bill), Connie Curtis (Gary), Murial Plichta, Dan Herde (Marilyn), Elaine Wolf (Jack) and Wesley Wolf (Katie); and his close friends, Karen, Jeff Small, Alissa Larson (Aaron) and Scott Small (Veronica Snell). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
