He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Miller and Lois Miller (Troyer); and his brother David. He is survived by: his spouse Michele "Kelly"; his children, Maddie Wilcox (Alec) of Des Moines, IA, David Miller (Cassidy) and Peter Miller (Hannah) of Ames, IA; and his siblings, Roderick Miller (Melanie) of Uniontown, OH, Wendell Miller (Debbie) of Engadine, MI, Christine Yoder (Steve) of Bellefontaine, OH, Jonathan Miller (Diane) of Engadine, MI, Rachel Nolt (Steve) of Lancaster, PA and Leighton Miller (Haiam) of Elkhart, IN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
The family is requesting all attendees wear masks.
