He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Niay and Jacqueline Niay; and his parents-in-law, Wayne and Lucille Wendt. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jayne Niay; his daughters, Deanne Niay (John Tomasello) and Michele Munzel (Brian); his grandchildren, Evan Munzel, Austin Munzel and Ava Tomasello; his brothers, Jacques Niay (Bonnie), Michael Niay and Bernard Niay (Cathy Ihde); and his sister-in-law Cheryl Taylor (Bruce). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
