She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Rademacher and Helen Rademacher (Fairfull). She is survived by: her husband David Kurkowski; her sons, Blake (Paige Wilson), Evan and Brennan; and her siblings, Cheryl Peschel, Kent Rademacher (Parvin), Keith Rademacher (Barb), Denise Casey (Tom), Debra Heimerl and Carita Twinem (Tom). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and great friends.
