Marty; her uncles, Jim Marty, John Marty (Kari), Bryan Hendricks (Marilyn), Kevin Hendricks, Stuart Hendricks (Kris Childs) and Jim Hendricks (Marie); and her cousins, Johnnie, Emma Marty, Ben Jack (Taylor), Matt Lindsay, Jon, Jessica Hendricks (Andrew Koerner), Colin Hendricks, Jacqui Skiffington (Kevin) and Maddi Hendricks (Brynlee Lauersdorf).
In Lieu of flowers, donations in Kate's name will be given to a charity of the families choice.
