He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlin Skalitzky and Alice Skalitzky (Klug). He is survived by: his wife Diana Skalitzky (Holden); his daughters, Kate and Laura Skalitzky; and his siblings, Carol Beal of Medford, OR, Shirley Riley of Dixon, IL and Mike Skalitzky of Columbus, WI.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
