We are sad to announce that on August 28, 2023, at the age of 88, Gloria B. Millard of Waterloo, Wisconsin, born in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Will and Ella Will (Grossman); her husband Dickie Millard; and her siblings, Donny, Duane, Lloyd Will and LaVern Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Rickie Millard (Janet) of Sturgeon Bay, Christine Grotjahn (Richard Colvin) of Columbus and Lorrie Cedarwall (Bruce Olson) of Waterloo. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Gloria's name to St. John Ev. Lutheran Church would be appreciated by the family.
