She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Bahnsen and Lucille Bahnsen; her husband Robert Johannsen; her sisters, Lois Griffith and Kathryn Fain; and her daughter-in-law Paula.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Johannsen (Nancy) of Grayslake, IL, Daniel Johannsen of Portland, OR, Deborah Gay (Fred) of Reeseville, WI and Robert Johannsen (Mary) of Peoria, IL.; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey (Debra), Jared, Chris (Randi), Cory (Erin), Jill, Nicholas (Kristine), Andrew, Kyle (Evan) and Dane. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials to St. John Ev. Lutheran Church in Waterloo would be appreciated.
