She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sr. Straka and Rose Straka (Svec); her husband Irving Riggs Jr. of Mary's Church; her brother Frank Jr.; her sister-in-law JoAnn Straka; her parents-in-law, Irving Sr. and Cleo Riggs; her siblings-in-law, Edward and Henrietta Miller; and her nephew Larry Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Kayser (Chuck), Rich Riggs (Amy), Andy Riggs (Sue), Bob Riggs (Jackie) and Tom Riggs (Kay). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
