He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Hrejsa and Violet Hrejsa (Rekoske); his sisters, Violet McCoy and Sandra Grant; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Grant and Ron Meronk.

He is survived by: his sisters, Nancy Meronk, Joyce Wojciechowski (Bob) and Barbara Terrell.
