She was predeceased by: her father Louis Horvat (Ann). She is survived by: her husband Stephen Koszuth; and her siblings, Angie Ziegler of Neillsville, WI, Betty Able of Greenwood, WI and Edward Horvat of Sheboygan, WI.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
