The passing of Helen Decker of Waterford, Wisconsin, born in Trenary, Michigan leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 8, 2024 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Joel and Dorothy Joel; her son Harvey Decker; and her siblings, Lawrence Joel (Joyce), Gloria Wilson, James Joel and Beverly Denman.
She is survived by: her husband Roland Decker; her children, Roberta Sparks (Stephen) and Bill Decker; her grandchildren, James Russel, Tanya Kloeffler (TJ), Jamie Sparks and William Decker; and her brother Donald Joel (Linda). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and loving friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Cotton Exchange (345 Hickory Hollow Rd, Waterford, WI 53185). A memorial service was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer's Association are appreciated.
