It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willis Carpenter III (Washington Island, Wisconsin), who passed away on February 8, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis T. Jr and Victoria Carpenter Jr. (Black); and his children, Andrew Carpenter and Gretchen Carpenter. He is survived by: his spouse Valerie Carpenter (Marsden); his daughters, Rachael (Schell) of Aspinwall, PA and Jessica (Scott) of Trafford, PA; his brother Kenneth Carpenter; and his grandchild van.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Washington Island Farm Museum.
