We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2020, at the age of 87, Shirley Baxter (Washington Island, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thorvald Johnson and Lillie Wilhelmina Johnson (Krause). She is survived by: her husband Wilburn Leland Baxter; her children, Edna Cliffton (Jim), Betty Stalfa (Billy), Lee Baxter (Karen) and Charles Baxter (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Raymond, Daniel, Kimberly, Matthew, Melissa, Lissa, Tabitha and Brandon. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
