With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Jean Steffen of Washington Island, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 22, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvid Hanson and Dagmar Hanson (Markstrom); her husband Robert Steffen, Sr.; and her daughter Margaret Jean Steffen French (Mike). She is survived by: her children, Bridget Roznai (Lorenc), Robert Steffen (Kathleen), John Steffen (Teresa) and Brian Steffen; her grandchildren, Adam Steffen (Rebecca), Loren Roznai, Karl Roznai (Summer Sanford), Melinda Lawrence (Sean), Mark Steffen (Kathryn), Audrey Navarro (Berto), Marcia Steffen, Brad Steffen (Amneris) and Robert Steffen III; and her stepgrandchildren, Eleanor Haehlen, Shannon Stillwell (Chris), John McBrady and Graham Givot (Maggie). She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
