Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lionel Jacobsen (Washington Island, Wisconsin), who passed away at the age of 97, on November 26, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jacobsen and Millie Jacobsen (Koyen); his wife Mildred Jacobsen; his sister Jane Sorensen (Stuart); his sons-in-law, Norman Goodman, Paul Goodman and John Wieting; his great grandchild Katherine Frett; and his siblings-in-law, Jerome Mann, Walter Jorgenson, Roy Koebel, Norbert Koebel and Lorraine Hunick.

He is survived by: his son Jens Jacobsen (Becky); his stepchildren, Matthew Goodman (Jill), Ruth Wieting and Katharyn Moore; his stepdaughters-in-law, Debra Goodman and Patti Goodman; and his sisters, Mary Jergenson and LaVonne Mann. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Dewey's name to Washington Island Baseball Team or Red Barn Washington Island.
