He is survived by: his siblings, David Schafer (Karen) of Des Plaines, IL, Marna Knight of Washington Island, WI and Richard "Andy" Austin (Karen Austin) of Washington Island, WI; his sister-in-law Mary Knight of Woodstock, IL; his nieces and nephews, Amy Klink (John), Angie Clines (Nate), Nicole Toci, Melissa Diaz (Richie), Maxwell Austin and Stephen Knight; his niece-in-law Stephanie Carley (Zack); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hannah Clines, Leah Clines, John Patrick Klink, Autumn Klink, David Knight, Elijah Dominic Diaz and Cora Leigh Diaz.
