He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Edmund and Jean Louise Rutledge (Hamilton); and his siblings, Anne Truax (Gil) of Punta Gorda, Joan Blair (Clay, Jr.) of Washington Island and Paul E Rutledge, Jr. (Susie) of Bradenton, Florida..
He is survived by: his wife Charlene "Chari" Mary Imig; his children, Charles, Jr. Rutledge (Jolyn) of Amesbury, Andrew Rutledge (Brit) of Findlay and Carrie Storley (Jeff) of Sussex, Wisconsin; and his grandchildren, Allison, Ella, Adam of Amesbury, Max and Lily of Findlay.
