He is survived by: his children, Brian Collins, Tracy Paris (Tommy), Francis Collins (Kaitlin) of Delavan and Carolyn Ferda (Nathan) of Whitefish Bay; his siblings, Jeff Collins (Carmen) of Maine and Susan Mastrogany (Skip); and his grandchildren, Curtis, Jude Paris, Charlotte Collins and Enzo Ferda. He is also survived by friends, especially his children & grandchildren.
