She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Cummings and Betty Jane Cummings (Tutor); her husband Duane Hopkins; her sister Linda Chase; and her grandson Oliver Harold Leonard Hopkins.

She is survived by: her sons, Duane Hopkins and Ryan Hopkins; her grandchildren, Dakota, McKenzy, Jordon, Mariah, Dylan, Alexa, NovaLee, David, Marlie and Araya; her siblings, Larry Chase (Deb) and Sally Cummings (Kevin Smith); her great grandchild Kayson; and her close friend Tanya Sherrard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
