He was predeceased by: his daughter Ginny. He is survived by: his parent Jeanette Palm; his wife Penney; his daughter Stephanie Tutor; his grandchildren, Shawn Tutor (Gabrielle), Shane Tutor, Austin Tutor, Kayla Renee Asher (Anya), Hunter Asburry and Kayla Lee Asburry; his sister Janel Carlton (John); his stepsons, Jason Schabloski (Mashaun) and Justin Schabloski (Eleys); and his stepgrandchildren, Hadley, Haiden and Tegan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and the family has requested if you have some pictures of David to please bring them to the visitation for sharing on Saturday.
