He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Sr. Harmon and Hazel Harmon (Kowaleski); his siblings, Carol Bronner, Patricia Pierce, Donald and Gary Harmon; and his siblings-in-law, John Pierce and Jackie Harmon.

He is survived by: his wife Bouloy; his brothers, Kenneth Harmon and Michael Harmon of Tomah, WI; and his sister-in-law Emadene Harmon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
