He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Salzman and Gladys Froehlich Salzman; his wife Helen M. Fuerstenberg; and his siblings, Bob, Pauline, Barb, John, David and Frank.

He is survived by: his son Paul Salzman (Erin) of Hartford; his grandchildren, Zac Salzman of Waukesha, Brittney Bolfert of Slinger, Camber McKinnon of Kewaskum and Holley McKinnon of Hartford; his great grandchildren, Raylyn, Avery, Adriannah, Lillianah and Ezra; his siblings, Alan Salzman (Sandy), Phil Salzman (Sally), Owen Salzman (Holly), Randy Salzman (Barb), Ralph Salzman (Robin), Ruth Ann Salzman, Betsy Schumacher (Fred), Linda Wakefield (Bob) and Julie Richardson (Scott); and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Furstenberg (Sharon) of Millston and Bill Furstenberg (Caroline) of Janesville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
