With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lori A. Boelkes of Warrens, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 27, 2025 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Amanda Peterson; and her pets, Chocolate Dude, Hooch, Thunder and Bart.
She is survived by: her parents, Thomas Schmelzer and Nancy Schmelzer (Faulhaber); her husband Ric; her children, Cody Brady (Sara), Tayler Brady, Miranda Boelkes and Cassidie Zais (Brady); her grandchildren, Trinity, Charlee and Lochlan Brady; her children, Rowan, Miles Brostowitz, Braxton and Blayne Zais; her grandchildren, Brianna Johnson (Ryan), Braelyn Johnson, Brylee Johnson, Eilze Johnson, Sanka Johnson and Sophia Johnson; her brother Jim Schmelzer (Cindy); her niece Rachel Schmelzer; her nephews, Tommy and Nicholas Schmelzer; and her pets, Tank and River.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Warrens Area Fire District Hall (506 Hartwell Dr, Warrens, WI 54666). A procession will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to New Auburn Area Fire Department and Warrens Area Fire District.
