We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2023, at the age of 71, Daniel W. Hornak of Warrens, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hornak and Margie Hornak (Mclaughlin); his brother John Hornak; his brothers-in-law, Don Kost and Howard Skarben; and his aunt Edith Townsted.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hornak; his children, Danny Hornak Jr. (Arlene) and Victoria Finucan (Mike); and his sisters, Dawn Kost and Pat Skarben. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to Hospice Touch in Tomah.
