He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace C. Brown and Evelyn Ann Brown. He is survived by: his children, Scott Wallace (Adele), Steven Richard and Katrina Marie.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel (7600 Trenholm Rd Ext, Columbia, SC 29223). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Fort Jackson National Cemetery (4170 Percival Rd, Columbia, SC 29229).
