She is survived by: her children, Ken Kurth, Jan Meredith (Jack), Kathy Karcher (Michael) and Jim Kurth (Chris); her grandchildren, Jay Meredith (Julie), Joey Meredith (Sara), Jaime Manier (Cory), Jake Meredith and Shannon Wynn (Tom); her great grandchildren, Colin, Josh, Rhys, Joel, Rowan, Jase and Garret; and her brother Robert Chappell (Cathy). She is also survived by great grandchildren.
