It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Dale Ahrens of Walworth, Wisconsin, born in Woodstock, Illinois, who passed away on September 17, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ahrens and Florence Ahrens (Schmid); and his son-in-law Scott Schumacher. He is survived by: his children, Alison "Lisa" Ahrens of Elkhorn, Kristine Schumacher of Trevor and David Ahrens (Laura Snapp) of Walworth; his grandchildren, Ryan, Sean, Sara Schumacher, Hannah, Emma and Luke Ahrens; and his siblings, Janet Hulke (Jim) of Huntley, Carolyn Jones (Jim) of Union and LeRoy Ahrens (Phyllis) of Barrington. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
