He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Zindrick and Antoinette Zindrick (Koran). He is survived by: his wife Madeline Zindrick (Janka); his children, Thomas Zindrick, Sheri Rusteika (Eddie) and Courtney Lehmen (Tom); his grandchildren, Stacy Bentrup (Eric), Courtney Ihlefeld (Nate), Ashley Zindrick, Sara Zindrick, Amanda Jerdon (Ryan), Angela Katzer (Troy), Kelsey Lehmen, Emmett Lehmen, Randi Lehmen and Molly Zindrick; his great grandchildren, Brady, Peyton, Zachary, Gage, Taylor, Evelyn and Lilliana; and his siblings, Mike Zindrick (Tammy), Al Zindrick and Debra Anson (Bret). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
