It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hazel August of Walworth, Wisconsin, born in Atlantic, Iowa, who passed away on October 8, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Emil and Annabelle Blunk (Fox); her husband Henry August; her brother Richard Blunk (Joanne); and her half-sister Viola Blunk.

She is survived by: her children, Susan August of Elkhorn, WI, Michel August of Walworth, WI, Steven August (Gail) of Walworth, WI, Jonathon August (Fran) of Fond and Ginger Rowe (Mark) of Lakeville, MN; her grandchildren, Jessi (Shawn), Tyler, Emmy (Mark), Tessa (Mike), Evan, Christopher (Amber), Michael, Lauren and Ryan; and her great grandchildren, Asa, Lucy, Heidi and Quinn. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

The First Baptist Church recommends guest to please wear a mask or face covering while in the church.
