He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kadlec and Marie Kadlec (Vorisek); his wife Nancy; his daughter Phyllis; his close friend Betty Wascher; and his siblings, Joseph, Jim, Frank, May, Ann and Adeline.
He is survived by: his son Mike Kadlec (Wanda); his grandchildren, Rylan Kligora (Becky), Brandon Kadlec (Hiedi), Brent Kadlec (Amy), Bryce Kadlec (Amanda), Breck Kadlec, Brittany Wittnebel (Blake), J. P. Hess and Sarah Hess; his great grandchildren, Juan (Amanda), Dylan, Tyler, Miles, Delaney, Finley, Brooklyn, Luke, Madelyn and Paul; and his great great grandchildren, Theo and Eva. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
