She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lawrence Elbert and Sue Melicent Hatch; and her brother William J. Elbert (Louise). She is survived by: her brother Phillip O. Elbert (Tedy) of Scottsdale, AZ; and her nieces and nephews, Susan Elbert Steele of State College, PA, Joanne Elbert Kantner of DeKalb, IL, Gayle Elbert Durkin (William) of Allen, TX, Phillip Elbert (Kristin) of Boca Grande, FL and William Elbert of Redington Shores, FL. She is also survived by 10 great nieces and nephews; and 3 great great nieces.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lakeland Animal Shelter in Elkhorn, WI.
