It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Allen Fringer (Walworth, Wisconsin), born in Woodstock, Illinois, who passed away on December 19, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Fringer and Sylvia Fringer (Christensen). He is survived by: his sisters, Marion Abell (Joe) of Walworth and Linda Deegan (Jerry Steinke) of Lake Geneva; his nephew Jeff Deegan (Valerie) of Waterloo, WI.; his niece Robin Abell-Gerrity; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rebecca, Shannon, Kathleen, Alexandria and Joseph.
