He was predeceased by: his parent Warren E. Tates. He is survived by: his parent Donna Shellnutt; his sister Jamie Boldon (Taylor); his nieces, Natasha and Lindsay Boldon; his nephew Michael Boldon; and his great-niece Lillian Caldwell. He is also survived by his Aunts, Uncles and many other family members and friends.
