He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Francis and Ione Frances Winkler (Halbach); his sister Elaine Luedtke (Bernard); his brothers-in-law, Allen Steinke and Eugene McCabe; his nephew Daniel Luedtke; and his niece Diane Luedtke.
He is survived by: his sister Marilyn McCabe of Waldo; and his nieces and nephews, Allen McCabe (Kathy), Eugene "Buzz" McCabe, Mary Frederick (Gary), Michael Luedtke, Nancy Luedtke, Bernie Luedtke (Carrie) and Doreen Luedtke. He is also survived by grandnieces, grandnephews, other relatives, and friends.
