He is survived by: his wife Linda Pyle; and his brothers, Arnold Van Wyk (Nancy) of Stone Mountain, GA, Arie Van Wyk (Sue) of Waldo, Anthony Van Wyk (Lou Ann) and Kenneth Van Wyk (Amy). He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews, and six great-nieces and nephews.
