He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Holbrook and Gladys Holbrook (Klug); and his siblings-in-law, Christine Holbrook and James Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Tammy A. Leonard; his daughters, Holly Schilling (Jason) of Plymouth and Mackenzie Holbrook of Lomira; his grandchildren, Melody, Quinten and Owen; his siblings, William Holbrook of Sheboygan, Susan Morgan of Fond and Lac; and his parents-in-law, Eugene, Cleo Leonard of Kiel, Randy Leonard (Ann) of Kiel, Wendy Lubach (Jim) of Plymouth and Lori Quinnett (Mark) of Kansas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In remembrance of Gary's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to Sharon S. Richardson Hospice, whose compassionate care made all the difference.
